"I LIVE IN FAIRFIELD AND THERE IS A CLOSER DEALERSHIP TO MY RESIDENCE. I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THEM FOR A NUMBER OF MONTHS, SO I AM RELATIVELY NEW TO THE HARLEY EXPERIENCE, AND DID NOT KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT. I HEARD FROM A FRIEND ABOUT HARLEY VALLEJO, AND WAS BLOWN AWAY BY THE ATTENTATIVE STAFF. WHEN I FIRST ENTERED I WAS WARMLY GREETED BY THE RECEPTIONIST, AND GUIDED TOWARD THE PARTS DEPARTMENT TO GET SOME OIL. THEY WERE VERY BUSY AT THE TIME, BUT AGAIN I WAS IMMEDIATELY GREETED,AND WAITED ONLY A SHORT TIME TO BE HELPED WITH MY PURCHASE. THE STAFF HELPED ME TO UNDERSTAND WHAT FLUIDS TO USE AND THE INTERVALS AT WHICH TO CHANGE THEM. 2 THUMBS UP."
